Adult Flag Football Leagues

Kingdom Sports offers flag football leagues for adults over 18 years old. Designed to provide friends, families, and former teammates with the opportunity to participate in a competitive, healthy activity, our flag football leagues are a great way to get some exercise and build camaraderie. This is a fun, inclusive flag football league for players of all skill levels. Games are 50 minutes long, with a five-minute warmup and a five-minute halftime. A typical roster size is 10-12 players but can be less, as games are fielded as 6 versus 6. Max roster size of 12.
